Moving to Hk

Hello,

I will be moving to hk soon, my office is in Kwun Tong. Please suggest places to live and enjoy HK. Im familiar with Kowloon TST , HK central. My budget for rental is 12,000 hk$ 1 bedroom apartment. Please help !
